The Role As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying qualified professionals, building candidate relationships, and helping move candidates through the hiring process for specialized positions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Source and identify potential candidates using resume databases, recruiting platforms, referrals, direct outreach, cold calling, and other creative sourcing methods Conduct candidate interviews and screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process from initial contact through placement Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and recurring positions Create and post job advertisements designed to attract qualified engineering and technical professionals Research talent markets and identify effective sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions Conduct professional reference checks and verify candidate information Communicate with company leadership regarding candidate availability, market conditions, and recruiting challenges Maintain accurate and detailed records of recruiting activity Follow applicable EEOC requirements and established recruiting procedures Work collaboratively with other members of the recruiting team to meet hiring objectives What We Value You do not need to have years of recruiting experience to succeed in this position.
