You will manage full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions across a diverse range of functions, including Call Center Support, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Technology, and Operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and know how to identify the right talent for both high-volume and specialized roles. You are comfortable partnering with hiring managers, developing creative sourcing strategies, and managing multiple open positions while providing candidates with a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process. What You'll Do Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake and sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Recruit for a diverse portfolio of exempt and non-exempt positions across Call Center Support, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Technology, Operations, and other corporate functions. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, establish priorities, and define candidate profiles. Use a wide range of sourcing strategies—including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and creative sourcing techniques—to identify and engage qualified candidates. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning. Conduct phone and virtual screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, skills, compensation expectations, and alignment with Porter's culture and the position. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment experience. Provide hiring managers with timely candidate updates, interview feedback, and recommendations throughout the recruitment process. Manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records, notes, and workflows within Porter's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, serving as a positive representative of the Porter brand. Support offer management, reference checks, background screening, and pre-employment processes as needed. Partner with HR and hiring leaders to ensure job descriptions, compensation information, and recruiting materials accurately reflect current business needs. Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, interview activity, and hiring outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement. Stay informed on labor-market trends, competitive hiring practices, sourcing strategies, and talent availability across relevant markets. Continuously identify and implement new sourcing channels, recruiting tools, and strategies to improve hiring results. Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting a combination of corporate, operational, and high-volume positions. Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple business functions. Experience recruiting for roles within areas such as Call Center/Customer Support, HR, Accounting & Finance, Technology, Operations, or similar corporate functions. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and maintaining a high level of candidate quality. Strong sourcing skills and experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with Lever or similar platforms is a plus. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative and solutions-oriented team member. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive candidate and employee information professionally. A genuine interest in building teams, improving the candidate experience, and helping Porter attract and retain great talent. This is an on-site position, 5 days a week.
