Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Florida in an onsite contract role with the potential to become permanent. This position supports day-to-day recruitment activity by identifying candidates with experience in supervisory roles, guiding new employees through orientation, and helping maintain a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of recruiting experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with manufacturing experience considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Source and engage candidates for open positions, with a focus on supervisor-level hiring needs.
  • Manage recruiting activities across the full recruitment cycle, from outreach and screening through interview coordination and offer support.
  • Assist with new employee orientation to ensure employees begin their roles with the information and resources they need.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates within the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with hiring leaders and HR contacts to keep recruitment efforts organized and aligned with staffing priorities.
  • Support high-volume recruitment needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Coordinate scheduling and follow-up communication to keep interviews and onboarding steps moving efficiently.
