The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full‑cycle recruitment for a large, multi‑specialty medical group, supporting physician practices, ambulatory clinics, and administrative operations. This role partners closely with clinical leaders and hiring managers to attract, screen, and hire qualified clinical and non‑clinical talent in a highly competitive healthcare labor market. The Recruiter ensures all hiring practices are compliant with healthcare regulations, employment laws, and organizational standards while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Recruitment Manage full‑cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance for assigned clinical and non‑clinical positions, including: Medical Assistants, Nurses, Technologists, and clinical support staff Front office, coding, and administrative roles Advanced Practice Providers and limited physician support Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, staffing needs, timelines, and workforce challenges Sourcing Proactively source candidates using job boards, healthcare‑specific platforms, social media, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high‑turnover roles. Promote the medical group's employment brand, mission, culture, and benefits to attract quality candidates. Partner with HR leadership on career fairs, community outreach, school partnerships, and recruitment events. Offers, Onboarding & Pre‑Employment Prepare and extend offers in accordance with compensation guidelines and internal approval processes. Coordinate pre‑employment processes, including background checks, drug screens, licensure verification, and health screenings in compliance with healthcare regulations. Partner with onboarding and HR operations to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO, wage and hour, and healthcare‑specific requirements. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS. Support audits and reporting related to recruitment metrics and compliance Experience 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, medical groups, hospitals, or similarly regulated environments Experience recruiting for clinical or high‑volume roles strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment processes Familiarity with healthcare roles, licensure requirements, and credentialing basics Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, Microsoft Office, and virtual interview toolsWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY
Education:
Bachelors Degreee in Human Resources or a related degree. Experience 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, medical groups, hospitals, or similarly regulated environments Experience recruiting for clinical or high‑volume roles strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment processes Familiarity with healthcare roles, licensure requirements, and credentialing basics Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail Proficiency withATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office :
