Recruiters:

Ready to Build Something Big? We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Contract Recruiter (3-6 Months) to help build high-performing teams across West Palm Beach & Riviera Beach, FL. This isn't a desk job. We're looking for someone who loves being in the community—networking, attending job fairs, visiting trade schools, building partnerships, and finding great talent where others aren't looking.

What You'll Be Doing:

Embedded with the hiring team as a trusted recruiting partner Building talent pipelines through grassroots recruiting Recruiting for construction and skilled trades positions Managing candidates from sourcing through interview and onboarding Creating an outstanding candidate experience Partnering with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition to make hires happen—fast We're looking for someone who has: Construction, skilled trades, or industrial recruiting experience A passion for grassroots recruiting and community outreach A clean driving record and the ability to travel throughout the West Palm Beach/Riviera Beach area The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment Spanish/English bilingual skills required please!
