The ideal candidate's success will be achieved through the development of internal recruiting plans, employing traditional recruiting strategies and developing new processes to identify, attract, screen, shortlist, interview and process suitable candidates. He or she will play a critical role in ensuring the hiring of the best performers. Must be acclimated to 25% overnight and out of state travel. In-Person- Not Remote
- You will be traveling to differ Service Centers each day. Duties and Function
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meet with General Managers to discuss and establish strategies to fill vacancies.
- Builds applicant pool by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, social media, and internet job-board sites.
- Providing organization information, opportunities, and maintaining rapport with Leads Group
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing assessments, and comparing qualifications of job requirements.
- Comply with administrative duties and recordkeeping
- Establish short and long term recruiting plans.
- Post openings in web-based advertisements, with professional organizations, and external portals.
- Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase awareness of the company.
- Perform other special projects as assigned. Job Requirements
- 4-year Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 Years of Recruiting Experience
- Phone Skills, Interviewing Skills, People Skills
- Outside Sales (Preferred)
- Driver's License with good driving record
- Communicate effectively via written correspondence
- Excellent Public Speaking
- Experience in Web Job Postings
