//www.weareams.com/ The Role The Senior Sourcing Recruiter will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. They will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with colleagues in teams such as Sourcing and Administration. Senior Recruiters will be aligned to high-touch client business units or stakeholder groups that require additional attention. This may involve more rounds of interviews, more data/insight-led consultation, more complex offer negotiation, intricate reward structures, or interfacing with more senior hiring managers. They will follow a high-touch workflow, investing more time at each stage of the recruitment process than a Recruiter. Preferred candidate will have experience driving sourcing funnels and hiring in various regions and language requirements. (Italian, Dutch, Greek and Hebrew) The role may be bases in the following location: Ohio, New Jersey, Illinois, Georgia, Florida, Texas, New York Key Accountabilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition intake to offer acceptance. Develop recruitment strategies tailored to business needs and market conditions. Ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Identify and engage active and passive candidates using multiple sourcing channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Skills & Requirements Experience hiring and sourcing candidates in various region and languages requirements (Italian, Dutch, Greek and Hebrew) Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements. Provide guidance on hiring strategies, market trends, and compensation benchmarks. Influence hiring decisions using market intelligence and recruitment data.
