SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter reports to the VP, Talent Acquisition and supports the Talent Acquisition Department in sourcing, recruiting, screening, and identifying full-time and contingent labor resources. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will work with the TA Team to develop scalable recruiting strategies that enable you to support the organization and provide guidance to navigate candidates and managers throughout the recruiting process. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will focus on building effective relationships with leaders across the business, demonstrate the ability to work in a high volume environment, and have a strong focus on recruiting strategies and building the Lendmark brand.
MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with developing full-time and temp to perm candidate pools and navigate candidates through the hiring lifecycle to support company growth. Assist with Developing sourcing strategies that targets active and passive candidates including direct sourcing, networking, and aggressive use of social networking tools and associations (Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, SHRM, etc.). Leverages talent pools and assist with developing a comprehensive approach that integrates multiple concepts to create an innovative sourcing strategy for Branch Operations support roles. Uses data and metrics, and an understanding of business requirements, to advise on recruiting strategies Shares candidates across teams and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate and meet targets for full-time and temp to perm talent for Branch Operations. In partnership with VP, Talent Acquisition, Sr. TA Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Consultants develop creative sourcing strategies that include continual, focused efforts regarding Diversity Equity & Inclusion. Ability to manage high volume recruiting activity for full-time and temp to perm opportunities for field and corporate roles Assist with Coordinating hiring events such as Job Fairs (traditional and military), campus recruiting and other networking events. (To include cross-functional partnering with Hiring Managers and other Lendmark departments.) Consult with VP, Talent Acquisition on critical hiring recommendations and decisions on branding and recruiting strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or comparable education or related training 3+ years talent acquisition experience (recruiting & sourcing) 3+ years' experience with web-based talent searches and scheduling based software 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System software Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task Ability to travel as necessary to attend career fairs and hiring events
PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) Prior HR experience in the financial services industry Experience with Workday ATS Experience recruiting contingent labor
