Job Description

Role Overview Electro Tech Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable On-Site Lead / Recruiter to manage a split schedule. In this dual-capacity role, you will collaborate with the Office Manager on recruiting and administrative operations while serving as the primary face of ETS at our client site. You will bridge communication between the home office and field employees, ensuring high standards of professionalism, effective issue resolution, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities On-Site Management & Representation:

Serve as the professional liaison between the home office and site personnel, supporting temporary workers and addressing operational issues with tact and maturity.

Recruiting & Administration:

Partner directly with the Office Manager to source talent, conduct recruiting activities, and complete daily office administrative tasks.

Employee Support & Communication:

Coordinate closely with the home office to deliver prompt support, resources, and guidance to on-site employees. Qualifications MUST be a Spanish bilingual person. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and composure in employee relations. Flexibility to manage a split working schedule effectively.

• Must be available during after hours.

• Job Duties Support office manager in all aspects of processing orders and managing the onsite with the temp associates. Talent acquisition using online platforms and traditional offline methods. Answering phones and courteous customer service to the people walk-in Record attendance daily and send report to home office. Check-in new hires through orientation process. Supervise onsite workers to always be wearing PPE and follow safety guidelines. Give disciplinary actions to employees, record incident reports, and voice any employee concerns to the corresponding authority. Maintain employees time clock information and submit to payroll office for processing.

Job requirements:

Must pass pre-employment drug screen and employment/background check Must be Bilingual (Spanish) Relevant experience preferred Experienced in Excel and Outlook Strong Work Ethic. Strong oral and written communication skills Problem solving skills
