Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to support recruiting efforts for the Consumer Finance business. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can combine strategic sourcing, market insight, and strong partnership skills to attract high-caliber talent. The role calls for a recruiter who can influence hiring decisions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Build strong partnerships with Consumer Finance leaders to understand hiring priorities and align talent acquisition efforts with business needs.
  • Create and execute targeted recruiting plans that reflect the employer brand and promote inclusive outreach to diverse candidate pools.
  • Use market research, networking, and proactive sourcing methods to develop pipelines of candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings.
  • Evaluate candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, assessing experience, capabilities, and overall alignment with team and role expectations.
  • Guide hiring managers through candidate selection by presenting balanced insights, addressing concerns, and helping move decisions forward efficiently.
  • Maintain clear, effective communication throughout the hiring process with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Apply knowledge of employment-related federal and state regulations to ensure compliant recruiting practices.
  • Use tools such as Workday, applicant tracking systems, internet research platforms, and Microsoft Office applications to support sourcing and hiring activities.
