Our mission is to deliver personalized, relationship-focused healthcare while building meaningful connections throughout the local medical community. Position Overview PearMD is looking for an outgoing and dependable Community Healthcare Liaison to support practice growth through in-person networking and outreach. This individual will serve as a local representative of the practice, connecting with physician offices, healthcare professionals, and referral partners throughout Gwinnett County and surrounding areas. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating professional relationships, and working independently in a community-facing role. Key Responsibilities Travel to physician practices, specialty clinics, and healthcare facilities within the local area Share information about PearMD's services and programs with healthcare staff and providers Distribute marketing and referral materials to appropriate contacts Establish and maintain professional relationships with potential referral sources Identify new partnership opportunities within the healthcare community Document outreach activities and maintain organized records of contacts and follow-up efforts Provide updates and market feedback to practice leadership Preferred Qualifications Resides within or near Gwinnett County, Georgia Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule Professional, friendly, and confident when interacting with healthcare personnel Previous experience in healthcare, business development, physician relations, medical sales, practice marketing, or a similar field is preferred Reliable transportation for local travel Schedule Flexible part-time hours Approximately 8 to 15 hours weekly Opportunity for additional responsibilities as the role develops Employment Details Independent contractor position Competitive hourly compensation based on qualifications and experience Potential for a longer-term relationship based on performance and practice needs What We're Looking For The right candidate will be proactive, personable, and committed to representing PearMD professionally within the local healthcare community.
