Job Description
Description + Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles + Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach + Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities + Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications + Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process + Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information + Manage job postings and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system + Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process + Stay informed on market trends and hiring best practices Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred + 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Strong organizational and time management skills + Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
