The ideal candidate will have strong social, leadership, and time management skills, including excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, passionate, and familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies including social media that effectively delivery the best talent acquisition. Responsibilities Assess the client's needs to create a recruitment plan Advertise the positions Review applications Phone Interview or interviews for Initial Screening Applicant Assessment Background Check Order drug test Update/maintain database with new job openings as they become available Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure the best candidate for the job Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and relationships. Source candidates through direct channels, network groups, internet sourcing, email, blogs, talent mapping, and relationship building. Build talent pipelines and continuously foster relationships with candidates ensuring the highest candidate experience. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Perform candidate follow up and updates on their hiring status Education and skills•High school graduate or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven environment Organizational and time management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment Strong relationship building and presentation skill Knowledge of social media, job boards and outlets to promote Cook Communities and find experienced applicants Proficiency with MS Office and email, excel Regular and reliable attendance Bilingual Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships Strong attention to detail while operating with a high sense of urgency Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Spanish Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance is essential Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a dynamic fast paced work culture
