Main duties and responsibilities include:
Ensuring that the staff deliver high-quality and personalized care to clients Recruiting, training and supervising staff and communicating the needs of clients to Nurses Ensuring health and safety compliance Liaising with local community organizations and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders Ensuring that all activities such as personal care meet the required standards Preparing reports related to the progress of clients Planning and utilizing resources and staying updated with the clinical knowledge to ensure that clients receive the best care Skills & Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with different kinds of people Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports Passion for helping people and providing personalized care Strong leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate others In-depth understanding of the organization's policies and medical regulations Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for clients Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time Experience requirements Prefer candidates with work experience in home health care
Salary:
$18.00 - $25.00/hour
