Required:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's [Required]. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite [Required]. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools [Required]. Strong communication and listening skills. Highly organized and a critical thinker.
Education:
Bachelor's [Required]. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Bachelor's Degree in related field OR 4 years relevant work experience.
Work Experience:
1+ recruiting/human resources experience [Required]. Healthcare experience [Preferred].
Licenses and Certifications:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred].
Responsibilities:
Focus specifically on recruiting for high-volume roles. Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements. Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed. Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities. Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet competencies. Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary. Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
