PART-TIME BILINGUAL RECRUITER - SUWANEE, GA

We are a growing staffing agency looking for an energetic, organized, and dependable Part-Time Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Suwanee, GA .

Pay:

$18-$20/hour, based on experience

Requirements:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Staffing agency or recruiting experience is highly preferred Knowledge of Indeed, Facebook, social media, and other recruiting platforms Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, production, or light industrial positions is a plus Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls and text messages Ability to interview, screen, and qualify candidates Assist applicants with applications, onboarding, and hiring paperwork Coordinate interviews, orientations, and start dates Follow up with candidates to improve attendance and retention Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and able to manage multiple openings at once Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge Dependable with reliable transportation
