- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for drivers, mechanics, operations, and administrative roles
- Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies focused on DOT-certified drivers and maintenance staff
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Leverage social media platforms to promote openings and employer branding
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Represent Windstar Lines at recruiting events
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring needs
- Track recruiting metrics Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years' experience in recruiting, sales or marketing
- Transportation recruiting preferred, but not required
- Experience with recruiting, marketing or sales with social media
- Strong communication and organizational skills Work Environment
- Office-based role in Carroll, Iowa
