Coordinator Description:
Team Staffing has an immediate opening for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a local client, the expected duration for the position is 3-6 months but could extend beyond that. About the Role The TA Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, enabling recruiters to focus on sourcing, candidate relationships, and hiring manager consultation. This role owns the coordination tasks that sit behind every hire - requisition creation, interview scheduling, candidate travel, and pre-hire processes - across full-time and campus/intern hiring. The TA Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling phone screens and interviews, as well as support on-site interviews with responsibilities such as greeting candidates, coordinating lunches, and other logistics. Key Responsibilities Create and route requisitions in the applicant tracking system in line with the TA COE's requisition and approval framework. Coordinate and schedule interviews for full-time salaried roles, including coordination of calendars, invites, and debrief scheduling. Coordinate and schedule interviews for campus and intern hiring, including high-volume interview days during peak recruiting seasons. Arrange candidate travel for in-person interviews (flights, hotel, ground transportation) and manage related logistics and expense documentation. Monitor pre-hire processes, escalating delays or flags to the appropriate recruiter. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep scheduling and req status moving without delay. What This Role Is Not This is an administrative and coordination-focused role, not a sourcing or full-cycle recruiting role. The Coordinator does not own candidate sourcing, screening decisions, or offer negotiation — those remain with the assigned recruiter. Prior recruiting experience is not required but is a plus. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a coordination, scheduling, or administrative support role; TA or HR coordination experience strongly preferred. Comfortable managing a high volume of scheduling across multiple calendars, time zones, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and follow-through Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred Clear, professional written and verbal communication Ability to ramp quickly and work independently with day-to-day oversight.
