Talent Acquisition Specialist

Chatterbox is a growing female owned pediatric private practice that provides family centered support through speech-language, occupational, and physical therapy services within the Treasure Valley. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will facilitate the candidate attraction process, a smooth hiring process, and support the onboarding of new staff with the primary focus on attracting professional talent in the areas of Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy.

Excellent communication skills Strong organizational abilities, including proficiency with electronic tools Capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and targets through effective time management Adept at independently solving problems Skilled at networking and building connections with a diverse range of individuals

Job Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing role with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Proven experience in maintaining client/candidate relationships, networking, and/or administrative support Some higher education is preferred Experience in recruitment is not required, mentorship is provided

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Represent a positive first impression to potential candidates of Chatterbox Attract candidates through the management and editing of job postings and other social media platforms Work with the Marketing Coordinator and Recruitment Lead to develop, implement, and replicate effective recruitment strategies to engage qualified candidates

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
