Full Job Description Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to support staffing operations at a meat processing warehouse. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication with employees and management. This position is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, and overall workforce support onsite.
Requirements:
Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for warehouse and production positions Conduct orientations and complete new hire paperwork Translate and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Maintain daily communication with employees and warehouse supervisors Monitor attendance, tardiness, and employee performance Address employee concerns and provide onsite support Assist with employee coaching, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Coordinate staffing needs and fill open positions quickly Maintain accurate employee files, reports, and scheduling records Ensure employees follow company safety policies, GMP standards, and PPE requirements Perform regular walkthroughs of warehouse and production areas Fluent in English and Spanish required Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred Experience in warehouse, food manufacturing, or meat processing environments is a plus + Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and email communication Professional attitude and dependable attendance Reliable transportation required
