Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline positions, including but not limited to: Route Drivers, Service Technicians, Order Builders, Attendants, other operations and frontline roles as assigned- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring activities for candidates across the Bloomingdale, Romeoville, and Wood Dale facilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications throughout the recruiting process
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and community recruitment initiatives as needed Onboarding & Compliance
- Conduct and maintain I-9 employment eligibility verification for all frontline new hires across the three facilities
- Ensure compliance with federal and company onboarding requirements
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records DOT & Driver Qualification Administration
- Manage DOT compliance files for Route Drivers
- Maintain Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) documentation and monitoring processes
- Coordinate and manage First Advantage background screening records and driver qualification files
- Ensure all driver-related documentation is current, complete, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements
- Assist with audits and compliance reviews as needed Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting high-volume frontline, operations, warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, or service positions
- Knowledge of I-9 compliance and employment verification processes
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
