PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Serves as a Recruiting Intern under the direction of the Recruiting Projects Analyst for the Summer of 2027. Supports recruiting analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while gaining exposure to all areas of the

GROWMARK

Recruiting team. Assists with data analysis, dashboard development, recruitment technology projects, and talent acquisition activities that support hiring decisions and workforce planning.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Analyze recruiting, hiring, and talent pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Assist in the development and maintenance of recruiting dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics tools.

Support recruiting technology, process improvement, and data management projects.

Gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, employer branding, and campus recruiting initiatives.

Collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and business leaders on talent acquisition projects and special assignments.

REQUIREMENTS

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Agricultural Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field from a four-year university, with the status of at least a second-semester junior or first-semester senior in good academic standing at the time the internship begins. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and interest in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and business analytics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Participate in all

GROWMARK

Internship Program activities and meetings. Ability to work a minimum of 12 weeks over the Summer, starting May 24, 2027, at the latest.

Attend three required internship events:

May 24-25, 2027: Orientation Meeting (Bloomington, IL)

June 28-30, 2027: Mid-Summer Meeting (Location TBD)

August 11-12, 2027: Conclusion Meeting (Bloomington, IL) Actively participate in mentoring, networking, and professional development opportunities. Complete and present a summer internship project. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight travel. Ability to complete required training and comply with company policies and procedures.
