This role is fully onsite in the Loop and ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for accounting and finance roles, including staff through senior-level professionals Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and priorities Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process Maintain accurate documentation and activity within the applicant tracking system Provide a high-touch, professional candidate experience from first contact through offer Qualifications 5 years of experience in recruiting Recruiting for accounting, finance, or tax organization required Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to assess technical accounting backgrounds Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as other sourcing sites Ability to work hybrid, 3 days onsite in downtown Chicago for the duration of the contract Benefits statement: Associates placed on assignment through LHH Recruitment Solutions enjoy access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their health, financial well-being, and work-life balance. Pay Details:
