The Role As our Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator, you'll own the Care Pro experience from first application to long-term retention. You'll recruit, hire, onboard, train, and engage the people who deliver care every day. The work you do directly impacts the quality of life of seniors across our communities. What You'll Do Manage the full recruiting pipeline from application through first scheduled shift. Lead Care Pro orientation, onboarding, and all required training. Develop and execute engagement strategies to keep Care Pros connected and valued. Drive NET Care Pro growth to support our expanding client base. Ensure compliance with all recruiting, onboarding, and employment regulations. What We're Looking For At least three years of recruiting, HR, training, or engagement experience. Energetic, optimistic people-person who connects easily and follows through consistently. Organized enough to manage a high-volume pipeline without missing a detail. Passionate about senior care and the people who deliver it. Familiarity with ATS, onboarding systems, or scheduling software is a requirement. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
