Staffing Recruiter (Bilingual in English/Spanish)

Bilingual Staffing Recruiter (English/Spanish) Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recruiting experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while building strong relationships with clients and job seekers. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess candidate qualifications. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Meet or exceed recruiting and placement targets. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred). Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple open requisitions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-volume or light industrial staffing. Proven track record of meeting recruiting goals. Knowledge of local labor market trends. Work Environment Fast-paced, team-oriented environment. May require occasional extended hours to meet hiring deadlines.
