They are now seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their lean global HR team and take ownership of recruitment across the US business. This is a highly hands-on position, with a particular emphasis on direct sourcing and sales recruitment. You will manage vacancies from initial briefing through to offer, working closely with hiring managers while proactively identifying candidates rather than relying solely on applications or external agencies. The environment is entrepreneurial and relatively lean from a systems perspective, so this role will suit someone who is resourceful, organised and comfortable working autonomously, rather than someone dependent on extensive recruitment technology and highly structured processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial vacancy briefing through to accepted offer and onboarding

Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop practical recruitment strategies

Taking a highly proactive approach to candidate sourcing, particularly across sales and commercially focused positions

Building candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job advertising, referrals, networking, talent communities and direct outreach

Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews

Assessing experience, competencies and alignment with the organisation and role

Coordinating interviews and ensuring hiring teams provide timely feedback

Maintaining momentum throughout the recruitment process and delivering a professional candidate experience

Preparing and extending offers and supporting compensation discussions within agreed parameters

Building proactive pipelines for both current and anticipated hiring requirements

Maintaining accurate candidate and recruitment records

Monitoring recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness and candidate experience

Supporting compliance with federal, state and local employment requirements

Identifying practical improvements to recruitment processes and sourcing methods

Recommending new recruitment tools, channels or approaches where they can demonstrably improve results

Supporting selected HR and recruitment-related projects as capacity allows

Experience screening candidates and conducting telephone and virtual interviews

Ability to manage recruitment from job briefing and sourcing through interview coordination, offer and onboarding

Experience recruiting across different functions and organisational levels

Strong hiring manager and stakeholder relationship skills

Ability to manage several open positions and competing priorities simultaneously

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite, ATS platforms and other sourcing tools

Comfortable operating within a lean environment where some recruitment processes remain manual

Knowledge of US recruitment practices, employment legislation and behavioural interviewing techniques

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline

Able to work five days per week from the Highland Park office Experience recruiting within wine, spirits, beverage alcohol, consumer goods, FMCG or a distributor-led business would be highly desirable. Great Opportunity :

Why Join? This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who wants genuine ownership and visibility rather than becoming one member of a large talent acquisition function. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, recruit across a varied US business and have the freedom to suggest new approaches as the company's internal recruitment capability continues to develop. For someone who enjoys sourcing, speaking directly with candidates, solving difficult searches and making things happen without excessive process, this offers considerable scope to develop alongside an established international premium drinks business.
