Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Largo, FL. In this position, the recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring activities with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, developing recruitment strategies to support business growth, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The recruiter also partners with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, supports employer branding initiatives, and maintains accurate documentation and metrics related to recruitment processes. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently. Experience with Hiring processes, including offer development, candidate selection, and onboarding coordination. Strong Communication and Interviewing skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates and stakeholders professionally. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms. Knowledge of talent market trends and best practices in inclusive, non-discriminatory recruitment. Ability to build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Previous experience recruiting in healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry is a plus.
