A client of ours is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join a high-performing manufacturing facility that takes pride in quality, culture, and retention. This is a hands-on recruiting role supporting hourly hiring while partnering closely with HR and plant leadership to keep operations running strong. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with candidates face to face, and owning the full hiring process for frontline roles. • Recruit primarily for hourly manufacturing roles including packaging and general labor positions
• Support occasional salaried openings such as department leads or accounting roles
• Manage high applicant volume and screen for quality, reliability, and retention
• Partner closely with onsite HR to coordinate hiring events and onboarding
• Communicate regularly with hiring leaders on hiring status and priorities
• Track candidates, start dates, and onboarding progress using ATS and spreadsheets
• Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth and complete onboarding experience
• Support other Midwest locations with similar roles once fully ramped What Makes This Role Unique
• You will be the only onsite recruiter at this location, fully owning the hiring process
• The plant has approximately 250 employees and has won Plant of the Year multiple times
• Strong focus on quality, culture, and employee retention
• High applicant flow due to location, with a focus on identifying the right long-term hires
• Structured onboarding, shadowing, and training provided
• Supportive recruiting team spread across the Midwest that collaborates and shares workload What They're Looking For
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting hourly or manufacturing populations strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a plant environment
• Clear, confident communicator who partners well with HR and leadership
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred Role Details
• Contract-to-hire opportunity
• Onsite, five days per week
• Hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Parking available onsite
