• $120,000 | Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available About the Opportunity LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing, global clean energy and advanced manufacturing company to find a talented Bilingual Recruiter to join their on-site Talent Acquisition team in Manteno, IL.

This is a rare opportunity to play a critical role on a high-performing TA team at a company that is rapidly scaling its U.S. operations. This person will own full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and General & Administrative functions — with a particular focus on roles where a significant portion of the leadership team is based internationally and communicates primarily in Mandarin. What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and GNA roles from requisition to offer Serve as the primary bilingual liaison between U.S. hiring managers and Mandarin-speaking international stakeholders and leadership Support cross-cultural communication throughout the interview and evaluation process Collaborate closely with a team of on-site TA professionals on cross-functional searches Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions Manage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance

What We're Looking For Required:

Mandarin fluency — business fluent or native speaker. This is the primary requirement for this role. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered. Full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency background accepted) Strong communication and interpersonal skills — must be comfortable managing relationships with both domestic and international stakeholders Professional maturity and cross-cultural awareness Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Preferred:

Recruiting experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or Supply Chain functions Familiarity working with globally distributed teams across time zones Experience in manufacturing, clean energy, EV, or industrial environments (nice to have, not required) What's In It For You Competitive base salary: $80,000
