In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition initiatives, manage full-cycle recruiting processes, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. You will be instrumental in executing strategic recruiting plans, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and enhancing our employer brand through innovative sourcing strategies. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for a variety of roles across multiple departments. Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar platforms to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and campus recruitment to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct HR sourcing activities and external recruiting efforts to fill high volume positions quickly while maintaining quality standards. Negotiate employment offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment law in talent management. Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support succession planning, employee relations, and employee orientation initiatives. Maintain compliance with HR legal requirements including employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and employment law in talent management practices. Support training & development programs by identifying talent gaps and assisting in employee evaluation processes. Manage relationship management efforts through effective communication skills, lead generation activities, and social media outreach to enhance employer branding. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, executive recruiting, or high volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies including campus recruitment, external recruiting, and internal recruiting practices. Excellent negotiation skills paired with the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Experience conducting technical recruiting for specialized roles is preferred but not required. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to research market trends and generate leads effectively.
