This role manages the franchise sales process from lead generation through signed agreements while supporting market expansion initiatives and franchise partner success. Responsibilities Develop and execute franchise growth strategies aligned with company expansion goals Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads through networking, referrals, brokers, and events Manage the full franchise sales pipeline from initial inquiry through closing Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and candidate evaluations Maintain CRM records, pipeline tracking, and forecasting reports Coordinate with operations, finance, legal, and real estate teams during onboarding and development Represent the company at franchise and industry events Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners Qualifications 3-7+ years of experience in franchise development, franchise sales, QSR operations, or business development Strong understanding of franchising and QSR industry operations Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and development goals Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management Ability to travel as needed What We Offer Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization Travel and business expense reimbursement Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment
