BIG3 Sports is seeking a Youth Basketball Club Recruiter to help grow our club teams across the Chicago suburbs. You will introduce players and families to BIG3 programs, build community relationships, and guide interested families from their first conversation through tryouts and enrollment. Responsibilities Recruit youth basketball players and families who may be a good fit for BIG3 club teams. Conduct outreach by phone, email, social media, and in person, with consistent follow-up. Build relationships with players, parents, coaches, trainers, schools, and feeder programs. Explain team options, tryouts, schedules, program costs, and registration steps using BIG3-approved information. Attend relevant basketball events, games, and tryouts when needed throughout the Chicago suburbs. Coordinate with BIG3 staff on player evaluations, team availability, and enrollment. Track leads, outreach history, follow-up dates, referral sources, and enrollment status. Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and follow-through are essential. Candidates should understand youth basketball, be comfortable managing outreach independently, and be able to attend agreed events throughout the Chicago suburbs. Experience in coaching, youth sports, recruiting, community outreach, or sales is helpful. Existing basketball relationships are a plus. Compensation This is a commission-only independent contractor role. You will earn 10% of revenue BIG3 Sports actually collects from club-program enrollments attributable to your recruiting efforts. Commissions are paid monthly. There is no base salary or hourly wage. Earnings vary with collected enrollment revenue; no earnings amount is guaranteed.
