Job DescriptionThis role supports the Energy Division and People & Culture team by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with leaders to build strong candidate pipelines that directly impact organizational growth and hiring success.

What You'll DoYou'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and role requirements while providing guidance on recruiting best practicesProactively source and engage active and passive candidates through professional networks, social platforms, recruiting technologies, and targeted outreach strategiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experienceDevelop and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, track performance, and support continuous improvement across Talent AcquisitionRepresent and promote the KE employer brand at networking events, career fairs, and throughout candidate interactionsPoint person for Illinois career eventsBuild and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to support long-term talent pipeline developmentQualificationsWhat You BringYou're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.
Successful candidates typically bring:
5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or enterprise-level hiringExperience managing high-volume or complex recruiting initiativesTravel to the Oglesby, IL office or career events throughout Illinois as neededBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredStrong understanding of hiring best practices and candidate experience strategiesExperience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologiesStrong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to analyze recruiting metrics and translate data into actionable insightsTech-savvy with experience in social recruiting and modern sourcing strategiesExperience in proactive sourcing on Indeed, LinkedIn, and/or similar platformsBonus Points ForBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience in the construction/manufacturing industry or craft labor recruiting preferredAdditional InformationPay RangeWe believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
Pay Range:
