Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for future opportunities. Coordinate interviews and communicate regularly with candidates. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates. Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, trade schools, and community organizations to support workforce pipelines Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs and campus recruiting. Qualifications Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
