Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a person who is motivated by success and prefer a no-cap commission compensation model. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in sales or recruitment experience. Manufacturing, Industrial, & Operations preferred. We pay a $40,000 per year salary along with commission. The 1st year if you do your job well you can earn over $75K. You may work on site or do Hybrid where you come in for candidate appointments and testing.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit for various positions across different industries Utilize ATS to manage and track candidate applications and progress. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Engage in cold-recruiting and headhunting to identify and attract passive candidates. Provide an exceptional candidate coaching experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or recruitment. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong ability to find and recruit top talent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Qualifications High level of professionalism and integrity. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
