Duties Source candidates through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and research to build a strong talent pipeline Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Manage full cycle recruiting processes from job aquisition to on boarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience Utilize talent recruiting software such as Indeed / Linked In and data base systems to track applicant progress and maintain accurate records Develop relationships with internal teams and external partners to understand staffing needs and coordinate recruitment efforts Skills Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively Proficiency in talent acquisition tools such as Indeed and Linked In talent management software, and social media platforms for recruiting purposes Knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, employee orientation, employee evaluation, employee relations, and HR sourcing practices Ability to perform cold calling, lead generation, research, and high-volume recruitment efficiently Familiarity with training & development concepts like succession planning and on boarding processes Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment This paid position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in talent acquisition.
