Onsite Recruiter

Work Now Staffing is looking for an energetic Onsite Recruiter with a "can do" attitude to recruit for its Romeoville client.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift:

5:30am - 2:00pm Plus for someone that can

FLUENTLY WRITE AND SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Duties would include : Recruiting Managing the entire pre-employment process Evaluating employees' skills and assigning employees to open positions

On-boarding:

Ensure New Hire Orientation is effectively executed for every candidate placed Ensure all Associates complete all required paperwork Ensure accuracy of candidate pool information through the monitoring of our

Applicant Tracking System Payroll:

Act in a Payroll liaison capacity between associates, Branch Managers, Onsite Managers and Corporate Office Ability to answer frequent questions regarding payroll, direct deposit, health benefits, scheduling, etc.

Administrative:

Assist with Affordable Care Act Orientation and enrollment Prepare reporting for turnover and absenteeism metrics for hourly associates Ensures all documents are scanned in to the Applicant Tracking System This position requires a four-year college degree or equivalent Exceptionally strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service required
