Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Manufacturing Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring efforts in a fast-paced production environment. This role will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of skilled hourly talent, supporting staffing needs across multiple shifts, and partnering closely with plant leadership to ensure workforce readiness. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience recruiting in manufacturing, strong sourcing capabilities, and a proactive approach to meeting dynamic labor demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing, operations, and skilled trades roles across multiple shifts Proactive sourcing using job boards, community partnerships, social media, and targeted outreach to attract qualified candidates Partnership with plant leadership to understand staffing needs, production schedules, and workforce planning priorities Candidate screening and selection to ensure alignment with job requirements, safety expectations, and cultural fit Coordination of hiring processes including interviews, assessments, background checks, and offer management Onsite hiring events and job fairs to support rapid hiring and seasonal workforce demands Onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to first day, including coordination with HR and operations Recruiting metrics tracking to monitor time-to-fill, candidate flow, and hiring effectiveness Compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruiting process Collaboration with HR and operations teams to support staffing strategies, retention efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
