Job Description
Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial environments who is eager to continue learning and growing within the company. Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for positions including: General Labor Packers Pickers Forklift Operators Machine Operators CNC Machinists Quality Technicians Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach Conduct phone and in-person interviews in both English and Spanish Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and pre-employment processes Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients Assist with staffing needs and ensure open positions are filled in a timely manner Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking information Qualifications 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, or light industrial staffing Bilingual in English and Spanish required Experience recruiting for skilled and entry-level industrial positions Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with recruiting platforms/job boards Schedule Full-time position
