Redo Cabinets Talent Acquisition Specialist Competitive pay based on experience What We Offer Full-time position with a stable and growing company Opportunity to take ownership of the recruiting process and directly impact company growth Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth Opportunity to build and improve recruiting processes across multiple departments About the Role Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting and candidate sourcing through interviewing, offer acceptance, and onboarding coordination Develop and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms while actively sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels Conduct candidate screens, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce priorities Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement Support new hire onboarding by coordinating offer letters, pre-employment requirements, documentation, and orientation activities Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment requirements Key Qualifications Previous high volume recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience using job boards, recruiting platforms, and applicant tracking systems Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to maintain accurate documentation Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and internal teams Why Redo Cabinets Family-owned and trusted since 1953 2024 & 2025 Guildmaster Award Winner , Big50 Award Winner , 2023 Top 500 Remodeler , and A+ BBB Rating Join a growing company where your work directly supports the growth and success of the business Collaborative environment focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement Opportunity to build a rewarding career with a company that invests in its people About Redo Cabinets For more than 70 years , Redo Cabinets has helped homeowners transform their kitchens with beautiful, high-quality remodeling solutions.
