Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Appletree Staffing is hiring an experienced agency recruiter to support our growing Light Industrial and Office Professional business in Bloomington, Indiana. This is not a corporate HR or internal recruiting role. We are looking for someone who understands fast-paced staffing , high-volume hiring, and what it takes to keep manufacturing and office clients fully staffed. If you've worked in a staffing agency recruiting for warehouses, manufacturing, clerical, or call center roles — this role was built for you.

What You'll Do:

Recruit and place candidates for light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and office roles Source candidates through Indeed, resume databases, referrals, and local recruiting Screen, interview, and qualify candidates quickly and accurately Match candidates to open jobs and move them through the hiring process Maintain active pipelines for high-volume and repeat-hire clients Manage multiple openings at once in a fast-moving agency environment

Qualifications:

Light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or Clerical, admin, call center, or office roles Experience managing multiple open requisitions at the same time Comfort working with hourly and entry

• to mid-level candidates Strong phone, interviewing, and follow-up skills A sense of urgency and accountability

Compensation & Schedule:

Base salary: $50,000

• $60,000 (based on staffing experience) Monthly commission + bonuses Realistic first-year total compensation: $70,000
• $90,000 Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm In-office (Bloomington)
