$52,000 - $56,000 annually (commensurate with experience) About Youth Opportunity Youth Opportunity is a nationally recognized leader in residential and behavioral health treatment for at-risk youth. Our programs provide trauma-informed care designed to help youth build strong foundations in emotional well-being, education, and life skills. In this role, you will support multiple facilities/regions, working closely with leadership teams to attract and hire individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth. You'll play a key role in strengthening our workforce and supporting our mission-driven culture. About the Role The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process across assigned regions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience. This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and candidate engagement. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with up to 4% employer match with Immediate Vesting Paid time off (PTO) and holidays - earn 4 hours of PTO every pay period Free RX delivery on most medications Tuition reimbursement and professional development Robust Employee Assistance Program Supportive, mission-driven work environment Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned regions and facilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach Review applications, schedule interviews, and conduct candidate screenings Conduct high-volume interviews (up to 8-10 per day, ~20 minutes each) Maintain strong candidate communication throughout the hiring process Support background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding processes Track and report recruiting metrics and hiring progress to leadership Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws Build strong relationships with hiring managers and regional leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field required OR 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a High School Diploma/GED Minimum of 2 years of recruiting and interviewing experience (with degree) Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and candidate management Strong knowledge of HR practices, EEOC, and employment laws Experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (BambooHR preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and data tracking tools Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams Experience supporting multiple locations or regions preferred Apply Today If you're passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers and want to be part of a mission-driven organization, we encourage you to apply today.
