Our goal at American Pain Consortium is to support our clinics that help patients seeking relief from pain, numbness, and tingling sensations that are often related to neuropathic pain or neuropathy, among many other forms of chronic pain. Even patients who have tried other pain treatments without success often benefit significantly from safe, effective treatment at American Pain Consortium. Our clinical multidisciplinary approach to care delivers the correct intervention to every patient, every time through various pain management procedures including injections, open surgical cases with general anesthesia, physical therapy, and psychological services. Our Providers focus on helping individuals improve functionality to restore a more meaningful lifestyle. Job Summary The Recruiter, Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment. Partner with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates while providing excellent customer service to applicants and internal stakeholders. Manage job postings, offers, onboarding, HRIS data entry, employee files, and position tracking while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records. Essential Duties & Responsibilities (What You'll Do) Responsible for full-cycle recruiting process for a fast-paced, high-volume of job requisitions in accordance with the company's adaptation of the Topgrading methodology Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to applicants, hiring managers, and providers Work closely with hiring managers to post job openings, screen candidates, and set up interviews Use Applicant Tracking System (UKG) and job boards to review resumes Maintain networking with the top talent in the healthcare industry Grade candidates based on provided pay scales and obtain offer approval Prepare and extend offer letters Schedule and assist with onboarding meetings for new hires Assist with entry new hire data into HRIS system to launch onboarding Respond to inquiries/requests from applicants and hiring managers promptly and accurately Maintain position control spreadsheet and send updates to leadership on open position statuses. Process new position requests for approval from applicable operational, financial and executive leadership Assist with maintenance of associate files Assist with process terminations in the HRIS system and complete out processing information for former associates Maintain confidentiality at all times All other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (What We Are Looking For) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and/or Experience Requirements 1-2 years working experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition preferred Bachelor degree preferred, High school Diploma or equivalent required Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following, which is included, but not limited, to: Problem Solving
