In this role, you'll be the driving force behind attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent specializing in commercial refrigeration, electricians, HVAC technicians, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical services. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and develop recruitment strategies that keep our workforce strong and competitive. The Talent Acquisition Partner owns the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding and is responsible for delivering a positive, well-coordinated candidate and new hire experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner builds strong working relationships with hiring managers, identifies culture and role fit through effective interviewing, and ensures hiring plans are executed with urgency and consistency.Requirements:

Job Responsibilities Partner with Managers to understand upcoming projects and workforce needs and translate that into a forward-looking hiring plan. Consult with leaders and hiring managers on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Continuously develop networks/partnerships to build proactive pipelines for recurring and hard to fill roles. Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates. Arrange background & references screenings. Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet sites, colleges, social networks, and community boards. Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants. Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote referral generation. Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed. Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required. Participate in regular operations or unit meetings to stay aligned on upcoming project demand. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to evaluate hiring effectiveness and adjust sourcing strategies as needed. Track open positions and candidate pipelines, and raise concerns early if hiring timelines may affect upcoming work Own the coordination and execution of onboarding activities through the candidate-to-new-hire transition, ensuring a smooth, timely, and welcoming experience. Ensure onboarding workflows, documentation, and system steps are completed accurately and on time. Partner with the HR and Hiring Managers to ensure a consistent and well-coordinated new hire experience. Coordinate with the HR for onboarding system support, workflow assistance, and surge capacity during high-volume periods. Monitor onboarding effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, communication, and new hire experience.Key Performance Indicators/Desired Outcomes Time-to-fill :
Open positions are filled within agreed timelines to support project schedules. 90-day retention : New hires remain employed and meeting expectations at 90 days. Hiring readiness : Critical roles are filled ahead of or aligned with project start dates. Pipeline strength : Active candidate pipelines are maintained for recurring or hard-to-fill positions. Hiring manager satisfaction : Managers report confidence in the quality, speed, and communication of the hiring process.Competencies/Skills Required Leadership :

Required Education/Knowledge/Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. 5-7 years of human resources, talent acquisition and interviewing experience. Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and recruitment best practices. Experience in online and social media recruiting techniques. Ability to communicate and effectively "sell" an organization's value proposition. Strong oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong customer service and ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems. Willing and able to travel occasionally.
