General Purpose:

Committed to the recruitment and placement of highly-skilled engineering, IT, and business management professionals in both contract-to-hire and direct hire positions. The job of a recruiter is to be able to identify, screen, qualify and successfully place candidates for client hiring needs. Essential Functions:

Work with clients to develop business and help recruit top tier talent Design and execute position-specific sourcing and recruiting strategies Recruit, screen, interview and qualify both active and passive candidates Prepare and present compelling, candidate submittal packages for client review Present candidate job offers and help bridge gaps when appropriate Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job 2-5 years of experience with Professional Recruiting or Internal TA recruiting
