Job Description We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions across the organization. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring efforts in partnership with hiring managers. This role plays a key part in attracting and hiring qualified candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate candidate records Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws Assist with other Human Resources responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience using ATS and candidate sourcing tools Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once Preferred Qualifications Agency or high-volume recruiting experience Familiarity with employment laws and best hiring practices
