This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and has proven experience attracting and hiring executive-level talent. As a Senior Corporate Recruiter , you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier leadership and strategic contributors. As a Senior Corporate Recruiter , you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact by shaping the team that will lead our company into its next chapter. You will work alongside engaged, forward-thinking leaders who value expertise, innovation, and relationship-driven recruiting. What You'll Do As a Senior Corporate Recruiter , you will: Lead end-to-end recruitment for director, VP, and executive-level searches across multiple business units. Build and manage a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement at every stage of the hiring process. Partner closely with department leaders and executives to understand their hiring needs, develop search strategies, and provide consultative guidance. Drive a structured and data-informed recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, alignment, and an excellent candidate experience. Leverage your expertise as a Senior Corporate Recruiter to advise on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and best-in-class sourcing strategies. Maintain detailed workflow documentation, reporting, and metrics to support transparency and accountability. What You Bring To be successful as a Senior Corporate Recruiter , you should have: 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, including direct responsibility for executive-level searches. Demonstrated success managing complex pipelines and critical requisition loads. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership. A process-minded approach with a passion for continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data and insights clearly. The drive, curiosity, and professionalism expected of a Senior Corporate Recruiter representing our brand in the market.
Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 annuallyLocation:
