This role is all about recruiting top-performing sales talent. If you're the type of recruiter who loves sourcing passive candidates, building relationships, and landing candidates that everyone else wishes they had, I want to talk to you. This isn't a "post a job and wait" recruiting position. We're looking for someone who enjoys the hunt, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and thrives on finding exceptional talent before anyone else does. A few things we're looking for: ✅ 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience ✅ Proven success recruiting sales professionals ✅ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills ✅ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools ✅ Someone who is competitive, relationship-driven, and loves a challenge Bonus points if you have experience recruiting in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, staffing, or another high-volume sales environment.
