Overview We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Recruiter familiar with the Lafayette area to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing reliable candidates, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing external recruiting efforts to ensure a steady stream of qualified employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management abilities, and a proactive approach to external recruiting to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels to identify suitable talent for client needs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress. Manage relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience and long-term partnerships. Conduct external recruiting activities, including outreach and engagement within the Lafayette area, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Maintain an organized pipeline of potential candidates and keep accurate records of recruitment activities. Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client expectations and organizational goals. Skills Bilingual proficiency is required to effectively communicate with diverse candidates and clients in the Lafayette area. Strong candidate sourcing skills utilizing various platforms and networks. Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities. Experience in external recruiting, particularly within local markets like Lafayette. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
