Job Description

MBC Staffing is currently looking for a motivated candidate, with great customer service skills, able to multi-task, handle fast-paced environment & a friendly attitude with a proven history of good attendance, to join our team! Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process. Your strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be vital in fostering relationships with potential hires. Come support our goal of attracting top talent. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calling to potential candidates and initiate the recruitment process
  • Research and identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches for job requirements
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Negotiate job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Generate leads for potential candidates through various sourcing methods
  • Assist with recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent
Requirements:
  • Bilingual is a huge plus (speaking fluent in both English and Spanish)
  • Previous experience in recruiting or sales is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively use recruiting tools and software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

And again these positions are located in Plainfield, Indiana; will start interviewing ASAP so that you will be ready to start training as quickly as possible and interviews will take place in-person here at our office in Plainfield, Indiana; full time/permanente; must have great skill set, attendance, and attitude; willing to learn and come to work and demonstrate exceptional team behavior;
